Shortcut to run Script

Hi everyone,

I have a subscription license and I'm trying to figure out how to assign a shortcut to a script that creates a new folder. 

When I google there is a page (https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360013728978-Run-Script-with-Keyboard-Shortcut-) but apparently I have no access. Not sure why, 

Does anyone have a way of creating shortcuts for scripts, or knows how to gain access to that page?
