Workspace settings not persisting between sessions

Since updating to 16.2, Capture One Pro no longer remembers the workspace layout configuration. I have my system set up over 2 monitors, but every time I restart the app it falls back to the default (single monitor) layout.

I can work around this by saving out the layout, and re-loading it every time, but it's still a pretty annoying regression from previous versions.

  I don't have this problem with version 16.2.1.

  On the other hand, when you change the catalog, certain commands such as "Undo", "Warning of exposure", etc... no longer work on the screen that supports the viewing window.
