Dust Removal Tool Doesnt Respond To Right Click

Right clicking used to bring up the tools options, so you could resize the circle

Now I don't see any way to do this?

  You can resize the circle by dragging the edge of it, or by using the [ and ] keys.

  Thank you, and that's fine, but why remove the right click functionality?

  James Quinn - I have no idea.

  I can't actually recall using that method to resize anyway, on the dust/spot tool. I'd almost always use the bracket keys. I do sometimes use the right-click menu to resize other brushes (heal, clone, magic brush, regular brush). Are you sure you could do it for the dust tool? It only has a very limited size range anyway.
