How do I upgrade to Capture One Pro 23 version 16.2.1?

On February 15, 2023 I paid $182.86 to upgrade to Capture One Pro 23 version 16.0.2 and received an activation code. That subscription was recently upgraded through one or more free upgrades to my current working version 16.1.3.10 (bb6e524). Today I learned that Capture One has now released Pro 23 version 16.2.1 and calls it a free upgrade. I desire to receive this upgrade, since I recently purchased the new Panasonic Lumix S5II camera, which you now support for RAW. However, when I open my Capture One Pro software program and "Check for Updates", I receive the message "Your software is up to date". Therefore, I am not able to upgrade to Pro 23 version 16.2.1 to gain the new RAW support of my new Lumix S5II camera. Was the $182.86 upgrade fee I paid just 3 ½ months ago, as part of Capture One's new pricing system, the wrong option for me? Do I have to pay again, just 3/1/2 month later, for another upgrade only to gain the Lumix S5II RAW support? I look forward to your reply, as I have been a Capture One customer for more than 10 years.

Sometimes the notification in the app is a day or two behind the release. You can log on to your account at the Capture One website and download from there, but I have no idea whether your licence entitles you to a fee upgrade to 16.2.1.

By the way, I suggest that you edit your post to remove your licence code. Not for sharing on a public forum!
