Floating Toolbars

When using two monitors, C1 in version 16.2.1 now remembers the basic monitor setting after a program restart. But floating toolbars that are placed on the working window (with an aspect ratio of 3:2 there is still enough space at the edge) do not remain in the foreground of the working window, if this is maximized, but disappear behind it when you click in the working area.This wasn't the case in older versions.
