Printing troubles

Hi, For years I used capture 1 eleven! Never had any issues printing however I cannot seem to get my printing colour correct since I upgraded to 23. I do a lot of on-site printing with white background and it has never been an issue. I shoot RAW and expect it to print as it displays on laptop screen but the skin tones / colour are not accurate. Any advice?
