Have you checked any recent software updates or patches for your application? Because you need to verify the compatibility of your hardware and operating system.

Yes, I checked. I am using latest version of windows 10 and 12th gen intel CPU with 32GB RAM.
I would like to ask you about port number, because firewall or similar network security protection look related.
I turned off the secuirty soft, captureone works well. But I do not want to completely turn off the security soft.
It would be highly appreciate to advice what information do you need or what kind of network security setting affect to Captureone.

If you experienced a crash and reauthorization but are unable to proceed, here are some steps you can take to address the issue:
-
Restart the application: Close the application that crashed and reopen it. This can help clear any temporary glitches that may have caused the problem.
-
Clear cache and cookies: If you're experiencing issues with a web-based application or service, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can often resolve problems related to authorization. Go to your browser's settings and clear the cache and cookies associated with the specific application or website.
-
Reauthorize the application: If the crash resulted in a loss of authorization or authentication, you may need to reauthorize the application. Follow the steps provided by the application or service to initiate the reauthorization process. This might involve logging in again or providing necessary credentials.
-
Update the application: Ensure that you are using the latest version of the application. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements that can address known issues and enhance stability.
-
Try a different device or browser: If possible, test the application or service on a different device or browser. This can help determine if the issue is specific to the device or browser you were using previously.
-
Contact customer support: If the problem persists and you are unable to proceed, reach out to the customer support or technical support team of the application or service. They will have access to specific troubleshooting steps and may be able to provide assistance tailored to your situation.
When contacting support, provide them with as much information as possible about the crash, the steps you took, and any error messages or codes you encountered. This will help them diagnose the issue more effectively and provide you with the appropriate solution.
Remember, troubleshooting steps can vary depending on the specific application or service you are using, so refer to their documentation or contact their support team for the most accurate guidance.

Once crash, too many reauthorization fail and also too many activation fail.
It takes more than 1hour to recover.
After recover, capctureone have never run more than 10sec.
Please help...

I did verify that. Windows 10 is up to date, and my computer has a 32GB RAM and an Intel 12th generation processor.
Because of the apparent connection between port numbers and firewalls and other forms of network security, I have a question for you.
I disabled security soft and captureone is performing beautifully. However, I do not wish to disable the security features entirely.
To what extent do various types of network security configurations impact Captureone, and what information do you need?

Experiencing sudden crashes and re-authorization failures in software can be frustrating. To troubleshoot and resolve these issues, consider the following steps:
-
Check for Software Updates:
- Ensure that you are using the latest version of the software. Software updates often include bug fixes and improvements that can address stability issues.
-
Review Crash Logs:
- Look for crash logs or error messages generated by the software. These logs can provide valuable information about what caused the crash. Analyzing error messages may help identify specific issues.
-
Hardware Compatibility:
- Verify that your hardware (e.g., computer, graphics card, RAM) meets the software's system requirements. Inadequate hardware can lead to instability.
-
Driver Updates:
- Update graphics card drivers, as outdated or incompatible drivers can cause crashes and authorization failures. Visit the website of your graphics card manufacturer to download and install the latest drivers.
-
Reinstallation:
- Try reinstalling the software. Corrupted or missing files in the installation can lead to crashes and authorization problems.
-
Check for Conflicting Software:
- Investigate whether other software or third-party plugins/extensions might be conflicting with the software in question. Disable or uninstall any conflicting software and test if the issue persists.
-
Authorization Errors:
- For authorization failures, double-check that you are entering the correct credentials. If you suspect an issue with licensing or activation, contact the software provider's support for assistance.
-
Temporary User Profile:
- Sometimes, issues can be related to a corrupted user profile. Create a new user profile on your computer and test if the software works without issues in the new profile.
-
Operating System Updates:
- Ensure that your operating system is up to date. Operating system updates can resolve compatibility issues.
-
Firewall and Antivirus:
- Check if your firewall or antivirus software is blocking the software's communication. Temporarily disable them and see if the issue is resolved. If so, configure them to allow the software.
-
Memory and Disk Check:
- Run diagnostics on your computer's memory (RAM) and disk drives. Faulty hardware can lead to crashes. Many operating systems have built-in diagnostic tools for this purpose.
-
Contact Support:
- If the issue persists after trying the above steps, reach out to the software provider's technical support. They can provide specific guidance and investigate the issue further.
Remember to back up any important data before making significant changes to your system or reinstalling software. Troubleshooting software issues often involves a process of elimination, so it may take some time to identify and resolve the root cause of the problem.
