Capture 23 Memory/M1 Max fix yet?

I’m running a 16in M1 Max with Monterey 12.6.3.
I’m running capture  16.1.20 in a still get random memory lease with capture one. Some days go by without a hitch other days I fill up the ram. Has anyone had any memory leak issues with the current version? I really don’t want to upgrade to Ventura. 

Working with clients shooting 250-300 shots per folder and have 10-15 Shot folder per session.

This is a @#$%%^ PAIN in the A$$!  Stop development for the iPhone and iPad App and fix the OG Mac software.

  You're not the only one experiencing this issue and we are actively working on a fix that I hope will be released soon.

  You may find the comments section on the linked post helpful, as it can provide a workaround if you're able to work with an older version of Capture One.
