application quits during editing

Editing Fujifilm-generated (GFX) raw files, including adjusting skew in "auto", results in application quit. Multiple times. Sometimes just a single colour grading adjustment and the application quits. I have the latest OS 13.4.1 and the latest version of application, 23 Mac, 16.2.2.10, running on a Mac Mini with an M2 processor and 16GB RAM. This did not happen several weeks back when I had an older Mac Mini with the M1 processor and only 8GB RAM. I have deleted the app and searched for and deleted all preference and support files associated with Capture One (after first unlicensing the app).
