My hard drive has to be recovered (Mac). Where are all my catalogs and sessions on the recovery?

My imac hard drive had to be recovered. Where are my Catalogs on the recovery? I didnt use Capture one's backup for the catalogs but rather I used Time Machine for the whole hard drive. Where in the folder structures can I readily locate all my catalogs and sessions? Also where can I locate my preferences for how I had C1 settings and tools set up?
