Add support for TIFF/Lab

What problem do you see this solving?
I would like to retain colors with the LAB color space to avoid any gamut conversion

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
Affinity Photo and Photoshop both supports TIFF files with LAB pixel format

Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?
There isn't a way, RGB/CMYK only are supported
