Tools tabs are keep closing whenever I reopen the session.

What problem do you see this solving?
I reported bug a while ago. All tabs supposed to be open and yet, whenever I reopen the session, some tools are closed that I need to open them one by one. 

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?

Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?

  Is this to do with whether the tools are in the scrollable or non-scrollable part of the tab?
