Crop freezes on iPad then Capture One crashes whenever attempting to view the next or previous image.

I imported 127 images to Capture One on my iPad. About halfway through the edits the crop tool started freezing. I could correct this temporarily by tapping the back arrow to return to the latest import window with all photos displayed then re-selecting the photo to edit. This would allow me to use the crop tool on a few images but eventually it would freeze again. After editing a few more images Capture One started crashing whenever I attempted to move to the next or previous image. This happened consistently even after shutting down and relaunching Capture One. I even upgraded my iPad to 17.0.1 and when I restarted Capture One it still crashed consistently whenever attempting to move to the next or previous image. I was, however, able to export all of the images to EIP's on my iMac to continue editing. The most interesting part was when I I opened Capture One on iPad the following morning the problems disappeared.
