Lightroom Presets (not the ENTIRE catalog) into Capture One

I just want to bring in lightroom presets that I've spent many years developing, NOT the entire catalog. My old lightroom photos are finished, I don't need everything from a giant catalog to slow my new software down. I just want the presets, NOT everything.

  I was always under the impression that this wasn't possible since the presets are specific to LR. However, there now seems to be a tool that can convert LR Presets to C1 Styles:
