16.2.5 to 16.3 install experience

    I am a new member of this community but have used capture 1 for almost 3 years. I have also tried to install 16.3 this morning but each time I have tried, the system provides a trial version and not the live version. Any idea how this can happen?

    Thank you for your response. In fact, I went back to square 1 of the upgrade process and managed to avoid the problem I had earlier on (which could well have been down to a mistake by me). The upgrade is now installed. All I have to do is learn how to use it!!
