if I buy something I expect it to work
why am I having to rely on a forum to get help from capture one, where is your customer services?
I cannot export images, yes I have clicked on selected recipe, yes I have googled the issue, (seems like tons of people have this issue)

What is the destination folder? What version of Capture One? What OS?

its the latest Mac OS, capture one pro 23
I've tried numerous destination folders, I can weirdly export if its preview file
It was all working fine yesterday

Are the files you are exporting online or do they have a "?" on the thumbnails?

yep files are online, just tried with a different catalog as well

as far as I know no changes to the OS
in the list of options to export the only one that works is the Jpeg quick proof one

When only QuickProof is available that usually means the files are offline. I know you said they were not, but that is usually what it indicates.
I assume you have other recipes checked? Do you get an error message? When you select the error in activity window, what are the details?

im able to rename the files and their is ? on the photos so I'm pretty sure they are on line
ive tried relaunching a few times as well

How do you feel about looking at log files Paul?
are they under the scripts heading?

Open the Event Log under the Window menu in Capture One. Are there any events related to failed exports?
Show us your Export Recipes panel? Confirm which recipes are checked?
Look carefully at the settings for Export Cross Recipe Tokens. Look at the Export Location of EACH checked recipe. Each recipe has its own location.
If you are not getting an error, then maybe they are exporting to a location other than where you thought. I had that recently.
