Capture doesn't see images in folder and I can't use the sync option

I just started with the trial version since I want to start using CaptureOne for portraits shooting. I tried several ways to see the images. Importing of a memory card but it says it doesn't see any images. Also the sync functions is not selectable. So without images is hard to test capture one. Who can help me out?

  Yes, as wel DNG as FFF

  And Camera is Leica M11 and Hasselblad X1D
