URGENT Unable to download DMG file

Hello,

I'm unable to download the Capture One Pro 22 DMG from the download page.

Link does not appear and the one given from the order does not work at all.

How can i get my .DMG ? I need to work tonite photos so this is blocking for me.

Hi Christian.

The version available to download from the Capture One web site, is always the latest one available. So now it's 16.3.1.23

Are you trying to download the eligible version from your License management section? What's your eligible version in this license management page?

Hello Sharon,

Yes i want to get the version i have purchased which is C1 Pro 22 perpetual licence. Can you provide the Mac dmg which should be the version 15.4.2 ?

Can you go into your account, "Plans & Services Management"

And see what appears there? This is where you're trying to download from?

I found this place but no download button at all. Yes this is where I was trying to download it ! But no download link !

For future reference, if you have found the Download page on the Capture One website you ought to be able to scroll down on the same page (quite a long way) to find earlier versions.
