No tabs (an no possibility to make them appear)

Hello, I have a problem with the last update of Capture one express fujifilm (16.3.2.32). I tried to install it at multiple times and every time I open it ... Everything is ok but I don't have any tabs (and I have no possibility to make them appears). in the menu display > tools > personalise tools > selection I have only Previous / Next. 

If anybody has the same problem (and have the solution how to solve that ...), please let me know. For the moment I use the 16.3.1 but with no possibility to use the raw files of my a7c2 :'(

  @... thank you for your interesting contribution. My problem does not concern the handling of sony or fuji files. It concerns the application itself. I do not have any tabs in my interface. I sent a support request. Once again, thank you for your very useful contribution.

  Apparently this is now a known bug and they encourage going back to 16.3.1.
