Saving tint and color temp as an ICC profile

The Leica M11 DNG file tends to have a slight magenta cast after importing using the built in ICC profile with Capture one pro. I know I can create a custom preset but it needs to be manually chosen for one or many images. Is there a way to create a new ICC profile that can include these parameters in addition to the usual ones that can be saved as a new ICC profile and then get automatically applied upon import?
