Fujifilm ICC Profile in CaptureOne 22

In CaptureOne, when I shoot with my Fujifilm GFX 100s and I switch between different ICC Profile settings, there is no change. The histogram does not adjust at all. Why is this?

I document art and exhibitions and color accuracy is critical to my work.
