Can't open files from CFExpress B card
I have a new Fujifilm X-H2 that I intend to use with Capture One Pro. I have no problem uploading photos from an SH card; but I am having no luck with the CF Express card, one of my main reasons for buying the camera. At first I used a ProGrade reader to upload photos. Recently I exchanged that for a Lexar reader. Problem continues. Tech people at Capture One believe that my computer, a Mac tabletop, could be the issue.
Have other C1 users with Macs had luck with the X-H2? Frankly, I am ready to exchange the X-H2 for an X-T5.
Thanks, Dennis

What are the exact experienced problems? OS version, Capture One version? Can the card be efficiently explored as an external storage when connected via reader?

I have a ProGrade Digital CFE-B reader and cards, and have no issues reading cards on an Intel MacBook Pro and Intel iMac and M3 MacBook Pro.

Can the files on the CFE card be downloaded to a Finder folder? If so, the issue is not likely with Capture One.

Give us more details about your CFE readers. Brand, types of cable, version of macOS, software used to grab the pictures, etc.
