Choosing "Undo" After Accidentally Deleting Files Leads to Permanently Deleted Files

I was working in a session, and copied and pasted a bunch of settings to a few hundred images. I forgot to unselect all of them, and accidentally pressed delete, which removed all the images. OK fine, ctrl+z restored them, but they were only visible after choosing "no filters".

When I rebooted Capture One, all of those files were gone from the session. This should be looked at, not really optimal and I had to rename all the old files so it would successfully import back into CO
