I would like to see Capture One have the ability to merge Two images into one beautiful Panoramic image.

  if you mean taking two side by side images to make a panorama, it can do that already.

  If you mean merging two photographs of different scenes and merging them in to one (for instance taking the sky from one photograph and inserting it into another photograph) it can't do that. More a job for Photoshop, Affinity Photo, etc.
