Depth of field blur

What problem do you see this solving?
I am using Capture one for editing food photography, and I realy need Depth of field blur.

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
Daily

Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?
I am using Affinitty Photo 2 for bluring background
