Drawing tablet fails

Hi!

I got problem with Capture One and my drawing talbet, Wacom Intuos Pro S. Usually works fine, no problem. But sometimes pen does not do anything, pointing mark will move on my screen, but for example if I try to mask sometimes, no red masking area will no paint on C1. One and two times I try keep Krita open and test, while C1 my pen not working, it will work with Krita. Close and rerun Capture One help and works while, maybe few days to few weeks. Are there any help for it where I can search error? I got Capture One 23 pro and using with Windows.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PNwjc8wS9t0 I try with this video explain to my fellow photographer, but video is in finnish language, but maybe helps? (i'm trying first with my tablet, then Mouse and tablet with Krita in video).
