Naming a new file by highlighting "Untitle

Seems that I can not see that I have highlighted the Untitled file name.  The highlight is a light grey color when changing the name of an album already existing in the User Collections.  But when asking for a new album dialogue box, the highlighted text does not indicate that it is highlighted, It basically is not indicating that it is Highlighted even if I have selected the text to name it.  Been living with it for a while and finally reaching out for help
