AI Crop - Consistent Crop for e-com

I can see the potential for the AI CROP but I haven't been able to make it work the way I need.

I have a 600+ image edit for an e-com client and need to crop 1 bar above the head and 1 below the fingers. Pretty standard stuff.

But I can't seem to find the way to do it consistently that I dont have go back and re-crop, so in essence it isnt saving me any time or effort.

Ive tried Subject, Face and Auto but none do what I need.

I can't imagine im the only one that would it for this, dont need it for an editorial or still life but high volume with specific crop restrictions

Hope someone knows how to do it
