Tether problem with Canon EOS 1 Mark II

Hi

I cannot tether my old Canon EOS 1 Mark II.

I tried everything,.... new cable, preferences canon activated, restart.....

Is this type of Canon is still supported?

i am working with Capture One Pro, annual payment, newest version.

  I'm not sure that I understand all the Canon model names and numbers. But see this list for supported cameras.

  Is your camera what is called the Canon 1D on this list? If so, the camera's files are supported, but it doesn't support tethering.

  Firmware update of the Canon EOS 1 X Mark II solved the problem ;-)
