Tether Problems with Sony A7 IV

This Problem isn´t directly connected to Capture One but maybe someone here has experienced the same issue and can help. So I´m using the Sony A7 IV mainly in the studio thethering with CO. But the USB C cable wont connect firmly to the camera. Its very loose and the slightest movements cause a disconnection which is very anoying and makes it impossible to work. Already tried othe cables but the problem is the cameras USB C slot. It seems to be a general problem of this camera model because I tried another camera in the shop and it showed the same issue. So anybody experienced the same issue and got reported this to Sony? If so then what was the feedback?
