Uploading Cloud Recipes results in hang and fails to complete

This issue affects macOS and Capture One Versions 16.7.0-16.7.2
Uploading Cloud Recipes fails to complete (spinning progress cursor ),

The problem persists after full computer reboot.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Capture One > Cloud Settings
2. Select Export Recipes / Keyboard Shortcuts / Tool Presets, etc.
3. Press the Upload Icon
4. RESULT: Process never completes
   
   This issue is currently being addressed to find a fix. 
   
   UPDATE: This issue is currently fixed.
