Notes on Sony a7 V support

At this time, support for the Sony a7 V has a couple of important limitations:

  • RAW file format: Only Lossless Compressed RAW files are supported. Other RAW formats (for example, Uncompressed or Compressed) may not import/process correctly.

  • Tethering: Wired tethering only is supported. Wireless tethering isn’t currently available.

* Important: Lossless Compressed RAW is not the default setting on the Sony a7 V. If you run into issues, open your camera’s image quality/file format settings and switch RAW to Lossless Compressed before shooting/tethering.
