Get rid off "Remove file reference" dialog warning

Hi there,
is there a way to get rid off this dialog warning?

I've tried to disable all the checkbox in the preferences panel:

  Hi,
  
  There is - as far as I know - no option to suppress the dialog or predefine your choice. Note that it is not a warning, but a question to select either one of two options.
