"color editor" tool not staying where I place it in tools

Hi,
newbie here and thought I'd explore the forum. I love the customized tools, this has been great for organizing my workflow. I've made many welcome changes to the tool bar off to the side to go through a linear workflow for photo processing. This feature alone tipped me to buying the software.

I've been able always to save my changes to the tool area, with the exception of the "color editor" tool. Regardless of where I put it (then save it with the (window>workspace>save workspace) it always later moves up to the top of my tools in order.

It this a strange bug? Not a deal breaker but a mild nuisance.

  This was reported here several times since the first 20.0.0 release. Not heard much about it. Are you up to date with CO20, build 13.0.2.19?
