Nikon Z7 photos are dark in C1 (Histogram shows it too)

I have this problem, that when I import from Nikon Z7, my images are significantly darker in C1 than when they were on the Camera. I use the ´Neutral´ setting for images in my Camera, so no coloradjustments as such are made to the JPG-preview in the camera.

Is there an import-setting I should be making?

  Do you have Active D-Lighting on in camera?
  
  It underexposes Raw files by up to a stop, and Capture One can't automatically adjust for it.
