Capture one 20 does not recognize Nikon D3500 NEF files

When trying to import from the memory card it says that there are no files on the card.
Any solution?

  With 3rd party raw converters you'd better check their support camera list:

  I suspect a new model, not yet supported?

  The Nikon D3500 model does not appear but it is a model that appeared in 2018. I think it has taken time to be compatible. It is a camera that I bought second hand.

  So there's even a chance they won't add it to the list. My first Fujifilm to shot in Raw has never been supported by CO. It would be strange 'cause they supported from D3000 to D3400. Support team never tells about future plans but you'd better open a support case to let Phase One know there's people interested in processing D3500 Raw files.

  I have already informed the support team of Capture one a few days ago but I still have not received an answer.
  I think that it is a mistake on the part of Capture one to not have supported the raw files of the Nikon D3500.
