Multiple software versions - can I safely delete older ones?

My Capture One experience started with version 10, and I upgraded to v11, v12 and now v20. To recover valuable hard drive disk space, should (can) I safely trash the older versions without losing anything?

Also, I preordered the CO v12Pro for iMac; how do I now access and install it?

You should be able to remove older versions with no problem.

I don't understand your second question. You say at first that you have upgraded to v20, but then you ask about how to install version 12.

Please clarify!
