adding info to image files
G'day Folks, Just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction thanks. I will be shooting tethered at an upcoming job. It will be a lot of headshots of staff, but I want to be able to add each individuals name, and email address to their particular images, so I don't get all confused as to who is who down the track. There could be 80-100 people needing pix done. Can this be done under the one 'session'?? EG I start a new session when I set up for the shoot, maybe 6 pics of each person, can I add their name and email address to just their 6 images before starting the next individual??? Or do I have to start a new 'session' for every person???
Cheers

There are a couple of ways to handle metadata like that. The first is to enter the person's information before you photograph them and use "Copy from Last" to apply the metadata to all of the images you take of that person. The other is to do it after you take photos, just select that person's images and copy and apply the metadata.
I might opt for not doing metadata entry while shooting, as it could be pretty error-prone with that many people. You could just name the files using tokens, enter everyone's info into a separate spreadsheet, and then apply the metadata after the shoot.
You can certainly use the same session for the whole shoot.0
