Phase one Support server error 2016June 10

I have been attempting to read a support link to an issue. Clicking on the link or pasting it into the browser informs me that there is a server error and to try later. I tried later, but the server remains off line. If I go to "My Cases" it only lists the first 10 from 2015, not the recent ones. Phase One does not have away of notifying the web master when a server error occurs. E-mail form Phase One similarly does not have mechanism for a reply. If support monitors this site I would appreciate a response. Thanks.

  You could try the contact facility on
  
  However, if it uses the same server, it may not work. Also, as it is the weekend now, there may not be anyone there to answer it.
