Apparent clone layer glitch
When trying to get rid of this thing here using a clone layer:

I get this white line:

These are the brush settings:

Here's a screen recording:

Any suggestions why this happens?

most repair tools struggle to work correct at image borders but you did not use the repair but clone tool so I would call it a bug. 0 -

Yes, it seems like a bug to me.0 -
What level of zoom were you using to find that?
What does it look like back at 100% (or less?)
Did you try making the brush harder?

The dark part visible even below 50% zoom.
I just tried again, and for some reason I can't reproduce it. It appears to work now, both with 100% and 50% hardness.0 -

Interesting.
It might be that the re-write of the screen was incomplete at that moment for some reason and the process was not about to fix it unless something else was changed. But then I'm going to guess that it was repeatable for you at the time you created the video and screen shots.
There's not a lot one can conclude in such situations, sadly.

I've seen similar issues in cloning and healing that come and go depending upon the Brush size. 0 -
I'm encountering this too. The specific adjustment doesn't seem to matter; a layer is just ignored on export.
This is a wicked bug. I have to check every export, every time, to see if all my adjustments are there. The alternative I guess is to restart C1 before export, but we don't know if that's guaranteed to work.
There's no obvious way to reproduce this problem on demand.0
