    Exposure compensation setting is perhaps available in Metadata (the "i" in a circle icon) EXIF - Exposure. Some camera settings may not be directly available in C1.

    You need to look at the jpg image produced by the camera in a suitable image reading application that has access to the depths of the data recorded made available by the camera manufacturer.

    As a RAW converter Capture One is not really concerned with the in camera settings other than shutter speed, aperture and ISO and, in the case of Fuji, which film emulation you may have chosen.
