Are you sure you are working on the correct mode (Pro, not DB)?

As Ian said, most likely you are running Capture One for Phase One, formerly known as Capture One DB. Look in the About screen.

Yup, the About screen says Capture One for Phase One. How do I get the correct version (Pro)? I just downloaded again from my account page but it still says "for Phase One" when I enter my license number. I already had a v12 perpetual (which worked fine) license so I can't understand why I now have the wrong version. I put in a support request but haven't gotten an answer.

Just got a reply. I did indeed need to update my subscription to v20. Did that, got a new license for Pro and all is good. Thanks everyone for your help.

    Great.

For the record, a subscription does not upgrade for a newer version. That is the whole point of a subscription. You probably upgraded your perpetual license, since that kind of license is version related, not time-related.

Just preventing confusion for other readers.
