  Heard this one before, and I thought it has something to do with the Network Camera Manager, from the Camera menu. Maybe you can open it and remove any entry if any is there at all.
  
  Alternatively, you can delete the file IPCameraList.col from the User/Library/Application Support/Capture One folder.
