Canon 1dx 2 Focus Freeze when tethered
Hi.
I am having an issue where when shooting tethered with my Canon 1dx Mk 2, it freezes when Auto Focusing. Particularly when it is struggling to find focus, the camera freezes up and I have to start again. This is exclusive to Capture One. Currently using Capture One 11 on Mac. Talking to colleagues this is not a new issue however I cannot find anything re a fix on this. Has Capture 12 or 20 addressed this? It is not an issue with the Camera as the camera works fine with Canon Utilities and when operating untethered.
Any feedback would be awesome.

Check the section with the list if bug fixes to see if any of those seem likely to fit with your problem.
If they look possible you could download V20 and try it to see if your experience changes.
Install it as a trial in its own folder so as not to upset your V11 in any way.
