Can Topaz modules be round-tripped from C1P 10?

    The short answer is No.

Capture One is a raw processing tool, and Topaz plugins will output raster/pixel files.

There are some raster formats that Capture One can read, but there would be virtually no benefit in doing so - Capture One isn't really intended to do any roundtrip work the way you can with LR/Photoshop so anyone who says it "works" is just shoehorning a solution together for the most part.

Once you've done your edits in Capture One, you process the files (export) and then don't really return to Capture One unless you need to make RAW edits or export into a different format.

Im using C1 as my Dam also, so I do round tripping.. And maybe C1 is not the 'Look" I can achieve only using C1. And "shoehorning" is the only way to achieve that "look". It works for me until I get comfortable working exclusively in C1.

Infact, C1 is not the be all end all when it comes to Black and White. I prefer controlling RGB separately to create the optimum BW image. And controlling them separately in PS allows this.. Since each channel creates different variations when editing. You cant do that in C1..

IF u want more proof,,email Vincent Versace.. He will set you straight on BW..

    Who said it was?

In fact - what does any of your post have to to with the question being asked by Rafik?
