Exporting as tiff results in 2 copies at different sizes - ?
First time with this problem. Never any problem when exporting edited photos as jpg.
I'm exporting a series of bracketed folders as tiffs, set to export at 16 bit, uncompressed, 300 dpi resolution, with the long edge set to 1920 (1280 x 1920). The screen tells me it's exporting 81 images (in this case), but when I check the results in the folder I see that there are 162 files - 81 at 14.1 MB at the settings I desired, but also 81 files at 91.4 MB, 3264 x 4896.
Pretty sure in the past I've read how C1 can export multiple file types simultaneously, though in this case both are tiffs. Assuming I have something set incorrectly, but after looking through the export tab I can't see what that might be. Instead of having to go through and delete the unwanted larger files I'd like C1 to just export at the desired settings without creating unwanted larger duplicate files.
Any ideas on what I"m missing or doing wrong? Thanks.

You can have C1 export using more than one process recipe, and it could easily create two sets of TIFFs at different sizes. If it's doing that I would expect that there were two TIFF recipes in the Output tab Process Recipes section, one at full size and one at 1920 long edge. It will process output using both if both are ticked (checked). If that is what is happening, there is no need to delete the undesired recipe - just uncheck the box and you can always use that recipe some other time if you want to.

That was it. The one section I neglected to open. Thanks for the help. 0
