Where to get support announcement
Ulf has added an announcement in the Announcements and FAQs forum about where to get support. Good idea to clarify that, but unfortunately it seems to have an important typo.
Surely the last sentence should read "do not fill the criteria above".

Hehe, I guess we are all guilty of similar or worse. Suggested corrections have been posted by other forum members, but I still wonder if the logic fits reality.
Does the announcement intend to exclude some users of the Capture One software from support via the software channel? Those with credentials can only get software support through the hardware channel? Should the last sentence be shortended to: "This is available for anyone using Capture One" or similar?
The "and" in the criteria list implies the privileged user must own the right gear and be a certified professional?0
