Fastest mobile system for CO

I'd like to set up a Laptop for shooting and processing in CO. As the new MacBook Pros seem to be underpowered (GPU!) and overpriced it takes me wonder what a possible configuration would be. How fast does CO develop on Windows compared to MacOS?
Is there any experience? Is a Hackintosh a possibility? I saw the discussions with CO on a MacPro with beefed up GPU- didn't seen flawlessly!
I'd appreciate any kind of information. I suppose I'm not the only one to think it over, thanks to Apple.

  New MacBook Pros have been just started to get shipped and there are not too much real tests around. So before concluding as underpowered, i'd suggest to wait a bit. The GPU cna drive 2x 5K displays at 60Hz plus its own screen, so it cant be too bad. Overpriced, well it is subjective 😊

  Yes, that's what I meant with "seem to be". The specs are not that promising, if it comes down to the speed of the parts- but I hoped to get a general trend wether to go for a fast (Windows-Geforce-)GPU or a MacOS with AMD.
  And, well, overpriced depends, you're right. For me versatility, robustness and speed are ranked #1. Design, weight and thickness come behind that- so I can understand that a lighter, smaller Macbook is better for some shooters... but not my cup of tea 😉
  Plus: I saw a guy doing stuff on a Hackintosh REALLY fast. There hast to be a reason why he chose PC Hardware and Mac Software...
