shooting tethered and image appearing black
Hi
Often when shooting tethered, the image first appears on the screen of the laptop as just black. I have to manually go back to the previous image before retuning to the latest one in order to make it appear from black to the picture. Very frustrating.
It does not always happen, usually its 15/20 mins into a session. The Mac Book pro Retina is 3 years old and I know that in computer years this is old, but I literally only use this laptop for capture one. It all started when I upgraded to the latest version of capture one and in the process had to upgrade from Mavericks to El Capitan. I have tried down grading to Yosemite. I have also contacted Phase One and been given advice on what to do, but nothing they say is working.
Does this happen to anyone else? Any help/advice would be grateful?
Its an IQ260 with up to date firmware along with a MacBook pro Retina flash hard drive 2013 running El capitan and latest capture one

Try post in thread of digital backs, here on support forum and contact support right away.
Looks like it is IQ back problem.
