How to work with Capture One in a portable manner
Hello,
I have all my photos on my desktop computer, but I would like to remove the dependence on the desktop and work on my images on other computers like a laptop for instance. All my images are currently stored on a desktop hard drive, and they are synced to a cloud service (OneDrive) How can I work with my images on multiple machines without resorting to actually copying the images to each machine and having to redo all the adjustments I made?
Scenarios I have considered are
1) use the cloud service to sync the capture one catalogue together with the images so they are mirrored on each machine
2) move all the images and catalog to a portable hard drive and connect that to whatever machine you want to work on
3) Any other ideas?
Thanks for any feedback

I think the answer is Sessions.
I was using Catalog on my desktop exclusively, until I learned about session from one of the Capture One instructional videos that explained the difference between sessions and catalogs.
The video is located here https://youtu.be/wxnsKPzdAvw, titled Capture One 9 Webinar | Exploring Session Workflow0
